Our Agent listened to all of the elements we were looking for in our condo and he not only kept them in mind by not wasting our time pulling up other condos that did not meet our needs (experienced with other realtors) but he seemed to be on it with finding the hidden Gem condos that met our needs perfectly! Even after we purchased the condo, he followed up with us a few months later and helped us with an equipment issue we had with the sink, going above and beyond our expectations! We'll definitely be going through Aaron once we're ready to upgrade into a larger home as our family grows!
